As the COVID-19 pandemic persists, we understand that having a puppy companion can go a long way. If you feel like a puppy is what you need, know that we are here to assist you through the process. As we look forward to a time when we’ll be able to come together and do business as usual, we’ve had to adjust the way we do business. These adjustments are meant to keep our customers, puppies and team members safe.
Below are some of the FAQ’ & answers. Read carefully before proceeding with the transaction.
WHY ARE PRICES OF PUPPIES MORE AFFORDABLE THAN OTHER BREEDERS?
The prices are reduced because we are having our 10-year anniversary promotion. The promo ends on Sunday this week. If you purchase while the promotion is on, the puppy cost will vary depending on the breed of puppy, as well as an additional discount added if more than two puppies are purchased at once. This promotion DOES NOT include shipping price. (NOTE: Beware of “free delivery” as for those are possible scams) Shipping price starts at $150, price changes on weight/breed.
NOTE: After promotion ends the puppies will cost the original price listed.
WHAT IS THE COST FOR SHIPPING?

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
We ship the puppies via air or ground delivery using professional pet shipping companies to ship all over the US. Our shippers range from established airlines to third party shippers.
The puppies are shipped in a crate, in the cabin area, accompanied by a nanny. Our choice of shipper and method of shipping will depend on how far you are located from us and which shipper has availability to your location at the time of shipping.
NOTE: Crate is NOT to be kept by the buyer, the buyer is to provide their own crate for the puppy they purchased.
CAN I PICK UP OR VISIT THE PUPPY?
Unfortunately, due to the social distancing measures imposed by the COVID-19 restrictions we will not allow pickups or visits.
We hope and look forward to a time when we can come together again and do business as usual.
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
Puppies are typically delivered to the buyer’s address within 48 hours of purchase. We handle all paperwork and logistics required. Prior to delivery, you will receive a shipping tracking number and itinerary showing all delivery info.
NOTE: Home delivery is included with every purchase, it DOES NOT cost more for home delivery.
After you purchase your puppy, sit back, relax and we’ll handle everything to deliver you puppy within 48 hours.
WHAT DOES THE PUPPY COME WITH WHEN SHIPPED/RECEIVED?
All puppies purchased from us comes with the following:
Lifetime Health Satisfaction Guarantee, Airline approved crate (Crate does not stay with buyer, although can be kept for additional cost), ISO Microchip (Additional Cost, Varies on Breed), Health Certificate, age appropriate shots, play toys and treat, blanket, collar and leash, AKC Registration, and two bags of Royal Canine Puppy Food.
ARE THE PUPPIES AKC REGISTERED? CAN I BREED THE PUPPY?
All puppies EXCEPT the Doodles are AKC Registered.
I.E French Bulldogs, English Bulldogs, American Bulldogs, Labrador Retriever, and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel are AKC Registered. (NOTE: Mixed breeds, such as the Doodles, cannot be AKC registered because they are a mixed breed. Be aware of scams claiming mixed breeds are AKC registered, mixed breed puppies cannot be AKC registered)
Yes, you can breed the puppies. All our puppies come with full breeding rights. They also come with pedigree documents and AKC registration of the puppy is registered.
“I DO NOT CARE TO BREED OR HAVE AKC REGISTRATION” WILL THAT LOWER THE PRICE?
Yes! If the puppy is AKC registered but AKC registration is not wanted a discounted price of up to $100 will be taken off the full price of the puppy.
ARE PUPPIES SPAYED OR NEUTERED? DO I NEED TO TAKE THEM TO THE VET ONCE DELIVERED?
Our puppies are neither spayed, nor neutered, that is left up to the buyer. They will be of age to get spayed/neutered once the buyer is in possession of their new canine friend.
We do hope that the buyer takes great care of the puppy once it is delivered to them. With that being said, we kindly recommend taking the puppy to the vet within 48hours of receiving their new pup.
ARE THE PUPPIES TRAINED?
All our puppies go through basic obedience and behavioral training before being listed. We also send them along with a handbook to help you perfect the training as they grow older.
DOES COVID-19 AFFECT DELIVERY OF THE PUPPIES?
No, it does not. We deliver all puppies within 48 hours of purchase. Dogs are not affected by COVID-19 and do not require quarantine upon delivery. (DOES NOT apply to Hawaii residents/shipping’s)
WHAT DOES THE LIFETIME HEALTH SATISFACTION GUARANTEE COVER?
The puppies come with a health certificate and lifetime guarantee against any birth or genetic defect. We guarantee that within the lifetime of the puppy, if the puppy was found to have any birth defect or genetic disease, we will either replace your puppy or issue a full refund of the purchase price.
WHAT IF I JUST DO NOT WANT THE PUPPY ANYMORE?
All purchases on our website are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee. That means within 30 days of purchase, you can return the puppy for a full refund. To return a puppy, contact us. Within 24 hours, we will have our shipper pick up the puppy from your location and issue you a refund.
We understand these are unprecedented times. Above adjustments will remain in place until it is safe to come back together again and do business as usual.
